Just hours after Sheen told Matt Lauer on Tuesday that he has had the virus for 'roughly four years' and informed all of his sexual partners since that time, the actor's former girlfriend Bree Olson made an appearance on The Howard Stern Show telling a very different story.
She claimed that Sheen never once revealed to her that he is HIV-positive, and said later in a separate interview; 'He's a monster.'
Shortly after Olson appeared on Stern's show another one of Sheen's sexual partners, Natalie Kenly, came forward to say that the actor never told her either that he is HIV-positive.
Sources close to Sheen tell TMZ that he did not find out he is HIV-positive until May 2011, at which time he was no longer with Olson - though he was still dating Kenly.
ow... but I believed him,' said Olson.
'It was like playing Russian Roulette. That's the best way to put it. It was like putting a gun to my head and pulling the trigger each time.'
Olson later said in the interview; 'I would never do to anyone what Charlie did to me. That is giving someone a possible death sentence. I would never do that to someone ever.'
As for her message to Sheen, she said; 'Charlie, you're a terrible person. You're a terrible person. I will never forgive you.'
She was tested on Monday and is not HIV-positive.
Kenly and Olson were both with Sheen at the same time, and he referred to the women as his 'goddesses.'
Kenly told TMZ she is not HIV-positive and is not upset with Sheen. She also said that she does not plain to file a lawsuit against the actor.
In the state of California it is a felony punishable by up to eight years in prison for a person to have unprotected sex with someone with the intent to infect them and not disclose their status. It is also a misdemeanor to willfully expose someone to HIV, though that carries a prison sentence of just a few months.
TMZ is reporting that already six of Sheen's former sexual partners are planning to sue the actor for 'intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, sexual battery.'
Some of these women are alleging they have had both protected and unprotected sex with Sheen as recently as a month ago.
Radar Online meanwhile has spoken to a source close to an attorney who said one individual had had sex just this past week with Sheen, and that he did not reveal his status.
'And a second individual claims they had sex with Charlie three weeks ago,' said the source.
'All of these people say they were not notified by Charlie about his HIV status and now they want settlements.'
InTouch obtained the non-disclosure agreement that Sheen makes guests at his house sign.
If an individual breaks the agreement it states they must pay Sheen $100,000, and a percentage of any money they may have received for the information they shared.
The document also states that any matter will be decided by an arbitrator - and not in a court of law.
His doctor, Robert Huizenga, said on Today that the virus is now 'undetectable' in Sheen's blood, but that does not mean he is incapable of infecting other people..
Sheen also said that he was 'not entirely' sure how he contracted the virus and that he felt a huge sense of relief after publicly revealing his status.
'It started with what I thought was a series of crushing headaches and insane migraines and sweating the bed completely drenched, two, three nights in a row,' said Sheen of his first symptoms.
I have paid those people. Not that many, but enough.
'I don’t want to guess wrong, but enough to bring into the millions. What people forget: that’s money they’re taking from my children; I’ve got five kids and a granddaughter.'
In a letter to Lauer written before his appearance, Sheen said of his life after learning of his diagnosis; 'In and around this perplexing and difficult time I dazedly choose or hired the companionship of unsavory or insipid types.
'Regardless of their saltless reputations, I always led with condoms and honesty when it came to my condition.
'Sadly, my truth soon became their treason as a deluge of blackmail and extortion took center stage in this circus of deceit.'
Sheen said that many of the people he was referring to in that letter did not have sexual contact with him, but rather discovered his status and threatened to reveal it to the world.
'For some reason I trusted them, they were deep in my inner circle and I thought that they could be helpful,' said Sheen.
'And instead, as I wrote in my letter, my trust turned to their treason.'
