Former chairman of Daar communications, Raymond Dokpesi was arrested by the EFCC some weeks back in conspiracy with the alleged arms deal saga, which he pleaded not guilty to.
After spending some time in kuje prison he was released after meeting his N200m bail condition, he is calling for the reform of national prison.
