Life Of An Average Blogger (Nigeria)

You know in life nothing comes easy, not even when you are trying to sleep on some days.
You set out your mind to do something you have never done before hoping and praying it will turn out big

"Blogging is in vogue o, even sef a popular blogger (a woman for that matter) bought a mansion just by blogging alone, me sef fit buy even if na keke if I try. Anyhow anyhow at all at all na him bad pass"

You design your site, you start to blog.
1st day you make up to 20 post if not more, your enthusiasm is so high, ah blogging is sweet o......
Even though no comments yet nothing spoil, after all Rome wasn't built in a day. Then you task your friends and families to comment by fire by force, some did while others couldn't be bothered with your wahala 'na me send am'
Three days later, your Internet provider sends you a message your Internet connection is almost finished(we all know Internet isn't cheap in naija)..... Your dearest friends NEPA abi na PHCN decides to show themselves, no light for the whole day, how I wan do am now you don't even have money to buy fuel if at all you get generator sef so you can power your device.

Then it begin to dawn on you, blogging isn't as easy as it seems. You ask yourself do you really want to do this, is it worth the whole razzmatazz, is blogging my passion or am I in it for financial freedom???
The number of posts you make in a day reduces, you are even tempted to quit.
All these and many more run through your mind, then you realise it's only determination and passion for what you are doing that can make you succeed in any path you have chosen.
